A number of hotels and hostels in Prague arrange a private excursion for their own guests — a castle, a spa town, a day beyond the city. When they do, we’re often the ones behind the wheel. If your hotel offers something like this, ask at the desk; we’re glad to be part of it.
For hotels, guest relations and concierge teams: this is the same capability, arranged directly with a person — not a booking portal.

How far in advance should I request a journey?
Normally at least 24 hours. For anything sooner, please call us directly and we’ll do what we can.
Is the vehicle shared with other travelers?
No. Your vehicle is reserved for your party alone, for the whole day or transfer.
Can you arrange transport for larger groups?
Yes. Tell us how many of you are travelling, and if one vehicle isn’t enough for your group or your luggage, we’ll arrange an additional car or minivan.
How will I receive confirmation?
By email. We reply personally — usually within 3 hours for requests received between 08:00 and 23:00.
